Target Population: BreastCare eligible participants are ages 40 or older who
                           have little or no health insurance, are at least 200% Federal
                           Poverty Level (FPL) and would otherwise not be screened
                           for breast cancer.

Counties Served: Entire Arkansas Service Area

BreastCare, administered by the Arkansas Department of Health provides free screening for breast
and cervical cancer to Arkansas women age 40-64 who are uninsured and have income below 200%
of the federal poverty level or below. Women who are diagnosed with cancer are transitioned to
Medicaid and assisted by case managers.
